ADDITIONAL SERVICE

Additional service is the service that is usually not included into the arrangement price (single room, particular nutrition, additional trips, entrance fees and similar) or it is included as subsequent payment in the programme (visa, airport taxes and similar). Passenger must pay for them separately if it is not stated differently in the programme. If an individual arrangement also offers the possibility of additional service, the passenger must express his/her wishes regarding those services when applying for the travel and pays the additional costs. Published prices of additional or special service are valid only if they are ordered and paid for at the same time as the basic arrangement at the office. If it is possible to order a special service during the travel, the passenger pays the local price of the additional service to the travel guide or the representative of Abctour d.o.o. on the spot where the service takes place in a suitable currency
